REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Simble. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We recommend you read our return and refund policy prior to making any purchase from our website.

SHIPPING CHARGES

- Shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within Malaysia (West and East Malaysia) — the delivery cost is fully covered by us.

- For orders shipped to Singapore, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.

- For orders shipped to other countries, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to processing before being accepted and shipped. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use SPX Express for delivery within West Malaysia and J&T Express for delivery within East Malaysia. All orders will be processed and delivered within 3 – 7 business days (West Malaysia), 3 – 7 business days (East Malaysia). We may switch shipping companies depending on availability, and we reserve the right to choose which shipping company to use for any given order.

Once an order has been placed, you are not allowed to change the shipping address. We recommend carefully reviewing the shipping address before finalising your order to ensure accuracy.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.

Simble does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items to support@simble.life or WhatsApp us within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Simble Support team at support@simble.life or WhatsApp immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simble will exchange products if the returned products were received by the purchaser in damaged condition or were incorrectly sent, provided you contact us immediately.

Simble reserves the right to request photo evidence and/or to request that you send the damaged, defective, or wrong item in its original packaging together with the original receipt for our inspection. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Simble will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
